Conditions and policies

1 This Website, all the published programs, routes and excursions are subject to General Conditions and Responsibilities established by hotels, airlines and other operators that intervene in the realization.

2 Thanks to the very good relationships with the hotels, transport companies and local operators, our prices are very competitive and they are valid for the whole year 2011. Prices are per person based on double room and in USD $. However prices are subject to change without previous warning due to additional expenses for fuel, rise in prices of air taxes and security taxes for the national flights and rises in prices for excursions and visits.

3 Any type of information that you provide is for exclusive use of Mystic Adventure EIRL and will not be transferred to others.

4 To guarantee the quality of our services we must prepay hotels, airlines and other operators. Therefore all the payments are 100% 45 days prior to departure. En case the traveller makes a reservation less than 45 days before departure the total sum of the trip should be paid immediately.

5 The traveller is subject to annulment costs in case a reservation is annulled.

The mentioned amounts are per person.
From 45 days up to 31 days prior to departure: 75% of the total sum of the trip
From 30 days up to the day of departure and in case of absence in the moment of departure: 100% of the total sum of the trip.

6 For local circumstances and factors beyond the goodwill of the trip organizer Mystic Adventure EIRL reserves the right to modify the programs and/or to cancel certain excursions for the well being of the travellers. In the best interest of clients Mystic Adventure EIRL also reserves the right to refuse, accept or retain any person as a member of one of our trips.

7 While exercising every possible precaution, Mystic Adventure EIRL, who only acts as an agent upon the legal conditions, is not responsible for any type of injury, neither sickness nor damage, loss, additional expenses, irregularities, accidental delay, omissions of companies or carriers, accommodation and/or other services related with the realization of the trip, natural disasters, social upheaval and force majeure.

8 No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording or any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from the owner of copyright.
